2. Shipping Policy
Once the order is confirmed by us, all products in the warehouse will be sent in 24 business hours (the delivery time is counted since the payment is confirmed by us). We ship products everyday of the week.
Products will only be sent when we have confirmed the payment or confirmed cash on delivery by the customer
In case the orders do not arrive on time for some reason, the order will be extended for the next day.
Fakirhat Online Shop will deliver according to the address provided by the client on our website.
The shipping cost is 20 taka . If the address is far from our initial area we might ask for extra delivery charges and will be notified to the customer before delivery
3. Refund Policy
Do you make refunds?
We will gladly make refunds with a credit to use in the next purchase. For Fakirhat Online Shop to accept a refund, the following cases must be submitted:
Product received in a bad condition: in case the product has been received damaged or defective.
Badly delivered product (not chosen by the customer): this is when the customer chose a product and an unsolicited product arrived.

How is the reimbursement process?

4. FRAUDULENT ORDERS
When a transaction has been detected as fraudulent in our system, we request the following requirements from the customer:

– Photo of bank card/mobile banking in which I process the transaction (Visible the last 4 digits only, date and holder).
– Photo of the transaction processed in your online banking.
*NOTE: The client has a time of 48 hours to send what is required.
These data are reserved for our risk team and identify if the customer is fraudulent or not.
